Free trial

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial, and no card is required to begin.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [support email] and we will review it in good faith.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Access may be paused until payment succeeds.
